For over 15 years, Paul and the Docsa team have led a wide variety of culture change programmes. For example, five UK Police Services, four management consultancies, five pharmaceutical manufacturers, three major retailers, a national electricity supplier, and several government departments have gained the benefit of our models and our practice.
Prior to their eventual takeovers, Paul worked closely and extensively with such organisations as The Wellcome Foundation, BOC, Amersham International and Smith New Court, where he first met Tim Matthews, who became an early investor in Docsa. Paul subsequently worked with Tim for 15 years in Merrill Lynch and ABN Amro, and most recently on major assignments for Ofgem and Ofcom.
For six years Paul wrote a monthly column, ‘Executive Behaviour’ for a European management journal, and regularly writes and presents on topics of interest to the business world. He has published three books to date, entitled ‘The New General Manager’ ‘Organising Genius’ and (With Michael Johnson) ‘Workaholism: Getting a life in the killing fields of work’. His latest writing project is a novel, provisionally titled ‘Medicine Men’.
