Culturesort six distinct features
We help you explore culture by looking at six distinct features.

  1. Symbols(corporate signals, evident to outsiders),
  2. Rituals (distinctive behavioural routines, some kept secret),
  3. Structures and systems (that govern its processes),
  4. Competencies(skills that are highly or lowly rated),
  5. Winners (the kinds of people who are most expected to succeed) and
  6. Values (that can be implied by the kinds of decisions that are consistently made.

By choosing from a wide range of examples from each of these features, groups of employees can reach a clear understanding both of how their corporate culture works and specifically where it might be failing, using our Culturesort Workshop.
