We help you explore culture by looking at six distinct features.
- Symbols(corporate signals, evident to outsiders),
- Rituals (distinctive behavioural routines, some kept secret),
- Structures and systems (that govern its processes),
- Competencies(skills that are highly or lowly rated),
- Winners (the kinds of people who are most expected to succeed) and
- Values (that can be implied by the kinds of decisions that are consistently made.
By choosing from a wide range of examples from each of these features, groups of employees can reach a clear understanding both of how their corporate culture works and specifically where it might be failing, using our Culturesort Workshop.
