Culturesort model
Our main model is based on six dimensions
These cover:
- The core Drivers of the culture (attainment or containment),
- Relationships (focus on the quality of the job being done or the person employed),
- Identity (corporate compliance or profession freedom),
- Communication (open or closed),
- Control (tight or loose) and
- Orientation (introspective, we know what’s best, or extraspective, whatever the customer wants).
Organisations’ cultures can be positioned anywhere between the two polar extremes of each dimension, and their profiles can be very distinctive.
