Culturesort team outputs

The outputs of each team would include these three.

  1. Readily understood profiles of actual and desired culture,
  2. A recognition of where changes are required and why, and
  3. Commitments to actions to be taken both by the group and by each member in support of the desired change.
The many conclusions that each workshop reaches can be aggregated centrally, giving a panoramic view of the cultural landscape, its diversity, and its readiness for the desired change. Moreover, the participation of employees in the process will play a great part creating this readiness.
