Culturesort procedure

With the input is from the top team of their needs for the future, these events follow this procedure.

  1. The corporate vision and purpose is made clear. (Intranet?)
  2. The workshop group members establish where their unit fits within this vision.
  3. The group uses Culturesort to calibrate current culture profile.
  4. Revisit the corporate and local future results, assess where current culture
    is weakest.
  5. Repeat calibration of the organisational culture needed to support future needs.
  6. Compare local profiles with those from the senior team.
  7. Agree where most changes need to be made
  8. Focus debate on the top three needs for change in each of values, winners and competencies.
  9. Each member considers then publishes the changes he/she will personally
    commit to.
  10. Workshop agrees the need it has of others in the organisation to help deliver success.
