Culturesort workshop

A Culturesort Workshop can be quickly set up anywhere within any organisation. Typically it enables the any group of members of an organisation to explore their culture from one small team to an organisation-wide exercise, without need of any outside help.

A major change programme would normally begin by the top team completing a workshop. Their outputs would be:

  1. A clear vision of the future direction they wish to take the organisation
  2. A profile of what they see to be the organisation’s existing culture
  3. A profile of the profile that they believe is needed to support their vision
  4. An outline of the commitments that they are prepared to undertake.
This can form the basis of communication informing the organisation at large, as groups get together to explore the cultures they see, and the degree to which they can move toward a culture that is both within their reach and can fulfil the needs of the corporation
